Hi
We are moving to Athens in the Fall, and just found out about the Armenian church? It looks like it meets monthly. Is that right? Would like to attend.

I would like to wish all my friends in the Atlanta Community a "Shenorhavor Nor Dari 2011 yev Soorp Dznoont".
I have been assigned to work overseas, and this is the first time in my life that I had to spend Thanksgiving and Christmas away from family and friends. Next week I was going to be celebrating New Year's Eve and Armenian Christmas alone in an Islamic State, until I was invited to spend them with folks I met through the Armenian Church in Kuwait. Having an Armenian Church and being able to celebrate the Deivne Liturgy in the Arabian Gulf has been a blessing while away from home.
I felt a greater need of having "my" Armenian Church and hearing the Devine Liturgy while away from home, and realized that many others must feel the same way while visiting Atlanta. I would like to show my appreciation to all the "dedicated" people (ACOA Parish Counsil members and its volunteers), who unselfishly continue to deliver God's work.
Congratulations also goes to the ACOA Webmaster for a great looking website and the Publisher who conitnues to deliver outstanding newsletters month after month.

I was so surprised to know there is an Armenian church in Georgia !!
I was relocating, and was planning on Florida, since there are several Armenian churches there, and also, in North Carolina.
Hope to contact someone living in Georgia, to understand living there .
Happily surprised !

Dear friends. Please pray for our nine-year-old ministry (started in 2001) -- www.tjlit.org (Testifying Jesus’ Love in Truth).
In Toronto, we make free resumes, teach free English weekly, and do free translations/interpretations in 17 languages to any church or organization that asks us to (worldwide.) We also give out 3000 tracts each week, and we get people who are abused, have mental illness and other problems into churches and places where they can receive help, as well as getting kids into free dentists.
We love the Lord, and love the ministry he has blessed us with. We are deeply committed to fighting racism and poverty.
Please send us your prayer requests (Email: reachus@tjlit.org), and pass our site to friends, missionaries and family, as there are many who are lonely; and, we are thrilled when Christians connect. As the world becomes more hostile towards Christians; it is essential that we connect.
At the moment we are trying to set up a pen pal club so people from all over can write to others and develop friendships.
Nobody should be lonely. If you read this and are lonely, please contact us and we will do our best to get you into a good church wherever you are in the world. We get over 1000 visits a day in 105 (our counter is broken), which means somebody will be praying for you.
Please also click on and read the Bible verse of the day, and say a prayer for us. Also, please send us words of encouragement.
Is there anyway we can help you? Please contact us – especially if you are lonely. God bless you.
To our American friends: Please read article 51 on our site “Things I love about America.”
PS. Sorry to the person whose guestbook we have just signed. If we have taken up a lot of space and not commented, again, sorry. The fact that we have left a message is proof, in our opinion, that you are good. God bless you. Ian.
